Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 400 ml milk, ice-cold
- e.g. vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roast the chopped hazelnuts in a pan without adding any fat. Then let them cool. Chop the dark chocolate. Blend both with the natural yogurt and milk in a blender until smooth. Sweeten with vanilla sugar, if desired. Pour the shake into glasses.
