Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g sea salt, coarse
  • 5 chili peppers, red, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

from dried chilies

Place the sea salt in a coffee grinder. Roughly chop the chili peppers and add them with the seeds. Grind to the desired fineness and then transfer to a twist-off jar. At this level of spiciness, it’ll already tingle on the tongue; if you prefer a milder flavor, use only 2 or 3 peppers.
