Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 cups yogurt, Greek
- 2 cups of natural crème fraîche
- 8 garlic cloves
- ½ cucumber(s)
- salt and pepper

easy and fast
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and crème fraîche well. Press or finely chop the garlic and add it. Halve the cucumber and scoop out the insides with a teaspoon. Grate both halves of the cucumber and fold them into the yogurt mixture along with the garlic. Season the tzatziki with salt and pepper, if desired.
