Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 cups of shrimp, in brine (350 g each)
- 400 g cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, pickled green
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper, pepper
- Dill, for garnishing
- Chives, for garnishing
- Egg(s), boiled, cut into wedges
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Drain the shrimp in a sieve. Thinly slice and quarter the cucumber. Combine the shrimp, cucumber, and peppercorns. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and curry powder; season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Add to the shrimp and cucumber salad and gently fold in. Divide the shrimp cocktail among 8 glasses and serve garnished with egg wedges, chives, and dill, if desired.
