Fondue – Apple Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples, sour, grated
  • 100 g apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 dashes apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Refreshingly sweet and sour; also tastes good with grilled meat

Mix the grated apples with jam, mustard, and vinegar until smooth. Be careful with the amount of vinegar! You can also use the apple peel.
