Porcini mushroom salt with thyme

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 g porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 2 tsp thyme, dried
  • 120 g sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely grind the porcini mushrooms with thyme and sea salt in a food processor or crush them in a mortar and pestle. Store in a screw-top jar or in a grinder. It will keep for several months. Use: Season steaks, roast chicken, chicken legs, lamb, or baked vegetables, etc.
