Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch of spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche. Then slice the spring onions into small rings and add them to the mixture. If the mixture is too thick, thin it with a little milk. It tastes great with grilled meat or simply with baguette.
