Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 avocados, ripe, soft
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Scoop out the avocado flesh with a sharp spoon and mash it with a fork. Stir in the cream cheese and crème fraîche. Add the finely chopped onion and finely chopped (or garlic-pressed) garlic, and blend everything with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
