Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g ginger
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

a spice, not real plums

Cut the peeled ginger into plum-sized pieces, bring them to a boil with the water and sugar, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour everything into screw-top jars while still hot.
