Quick tuna salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 n. B. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Tuna with egg and mushrooms. We like to call it stink bomb salad because of the egg.

Chop all ingredients and mix together. Season to taste. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
