Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 gherkin(s), diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 24 hours to marinate (this isn’t necessary, but it tastes better).
