Tomato salad with tuna and feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 150 g feta cheese, cut into pieces
  • basil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious for summer parties, barbecues or simply as dinner

Cut the washed tomatoes into quarters. Add the finely chopped onion and the cheese. Carefully fold in the tuna. Sprinkle with a few basil leaves and season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette or flatbread. It looks great without mixing the salad or arranging it on plates.
