Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of leaf spinach
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 pepper, medium hot
  • some Parmesan
  • 2 parts olive oil, virgin
  • 1 part/e balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly, then arrange on a plate. Peel and pit the peach, then cut into small pieces and add. Wash and finely chop the spring onions. Halve the ham slices by hand and add to the salad. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the top. Deseed and finely slice the peppers. Vinaigrette: Blend olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic clove, a little lemon juice, hot mustard, salt and freshly ground white pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Enjoy!
