Cheese – mushroom – spread light

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cheese, Westlite spicy (30%)
  • 200 g Tilsiter, low-fat (25%)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • herbal salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the cheese and onion. Place everything in a food processor with a chopper attachment, along with the mushrooms, garlic, yogurt, oil, and spices. Chop the mixture until the pieces are small enough to spread on bread (it should still be a bit chunky, though, so the mushrooms will stand out better). If you don’t have a food processor, you can also grate the cheese, finely chop the mushrooms, garlic, and onion, and then mix everything with the remaining ingredients. It will keep in jars for about a week.
