Instructions

Combine the crème fraîche with mayonnaise and garlic and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar. The dip should taste tangy and slightly sweet. Refrigerate for at least one hour. The dip tastes great with steaks, grilled food, baked potatoes, raw vegetables, and flatbread.
