Paprika-feta cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese, of your choice, in brine
  • 130 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs of your choice (oregano, marjoram, thyme, parsley, basil)
  • Chili powder, if desired
  • possibly garlic, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the washed bell peppers and feta cheese into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add the cream cheese, oil, pepper, and herbs, optionally chili powder and garlic, and blend well.
