Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 100 g feta cheese, of your choice, in brine
- 130 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- some pepper
- 1 tsp herbs of your choice (oregano, marjoram, thyme, parsley, basil)
- Chili powder, if desired
- possibly garlic, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cut the washed bell peppers and feta cheese into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add the cream cheese, oil, pepper, and herbs, optionally chili powder and garlic, and blend well.
