Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar, mild
- 1 tbsp oil, good quality, e.g. rapeseed, sunflower, olive or nut oil
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
- some stalks of herbs (salad herbs), chopped, mixed
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small onion(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the yogurt with salt, sugar, and vinegar. Stir in the oil and season with pepper. You can also add the herbs, onion, and garlic, if desired. You can also simply rub the bowl with the garlic.
