Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp, alternatively vanilla paste
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp instant espresso coffee
  • 500 ml white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the avocado flesh with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla seeds (vanilla paste) until creamy and dissolved. Then add the espresso and rum and blend again until everything is well combined. Work as quickly as possible, otherwise the flesh will quickly turn brown. Store the finished liqueur in the refrigerator. It can be enjoyed immediately, but it will taste more harmonious after letting it rest for 1-2 days.
