Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 300 g yogurt, Greek or similar fat content
- ½ orange(s), untreated, zest and juice
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 3 sprig(s) mint (Moroccan), leaves thereof, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- some honey
- some pepper, green (Malabar), freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
perfect with vegetables, lamb, Arabic cuisine or simply on its own
Combine the ingredients and stir well, then season with honey and green pepper to taste. Add a little more of each ingredient to serve the yogurt cold.
