Fruity mint yogurt (dip)

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt, Greek or similar fat content
  • ½ orange(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 sprig(s) mint (Moroccan), leaves thereof, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some honey
  • some pepper, green (Malabar), freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

perfect with vegetables, lamb, Arabic cuisine or simply on its own

Combine the ingredients and stir well, then season with honey and green pepper to taste. Add a little more of each ingredient to serve the yogurt cold.
