Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice, 250g rice
- 1 small can of corn
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 eggs, boiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook the eggs and rice, dice the bell peppers, drain the corn and tuna, and then mix everything together. Chill for about 1 hour.
