Mixed salad with tuna and Gouda

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (Gouda) in one piece
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with very simple ingredients

Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, then cut the tomatoes into eighths, the cucumbers into half pieces, and the onion into half fine julienne strips. Place everything in a bowl. Cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes and add it to the bowl. Now add the tuna with the oil. This saves the oil for the salad and is perfectly sufficient for the amount of oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
