Whole wheat spaghetti with fiery bell pepper crab

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g spaghetti (wholemeal)
  • 100 g crab
  • 2 ½ ml oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 10 g onion(s), red
  • 60 g red bell peppers
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 25 ml vegetable stock
  • some chili powder
  • some oregano
  • possibly salt
  • some pepper
  • possibly paprika powder
  • some basil
  • Salt water for the pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Thinly slice the garlic, dice the onion and bell pepper. Sauté all three ingredients in a pan with the oil. Slice the tomatoes, add them, and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the prawns and season, being careful with the chili powder. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve on a plate and garnish with some basil.
