Noodle ketsche with hunting sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti (fork-sized)
  • 200 g sausage (hunting)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • some sunflower oil
  • Salt water for the pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water. Dice the sausage and fry in a little oil, sprinkled with the paprika. Use a large pan. Finely dice the onions, add them to the sausage, and sauté until translucent. Add the cooked noodles and sprinkle with paprika. Add a dash of soy sauce. Mix the ingredients and fry briefly. Finally, add the tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Season with salt. It also tastes delicious cold.
