  • 400 g condensed milk, caramelized
  • 200 g butter, room temperature
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 15 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Allow the butter to warm to room temperature and then cream it in a bowl with a hand mixer. Add the caramelized condensed milk, cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix with a mixer. Pour the finished spread into jars or containers. The spread is delicious as a spread on bread or on pancakes and waffles, for example. The spread should be kept refrigerated and should keep for about a month. Tip: If you can’t get hold of caramelized condensed milk, you can make it yourself: To do this, heat sweetened condensed milk in a sealed container in gently boiling water for about 3.5 hours. Make sure the container is always covered with water. Then let it cool completely.
