Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of double cream cheese
- 100 ml whipped cream
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
- 6 spring onions
- possibly pumpernickel, small round
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for the party buffet
Blend the cream cheese with the cream until smooth and season to taste with pepper and Chinese spices. Clean, wash, halve, and finely chop the spring onions, and mix them into the cream cheese (reserve some for garnish). Place the cheese on the pumpernickel or in a bowl and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions.
