Summer fresh fine lemon cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g sour cream
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 2 lemons
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 bag/s gelatin, powder
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients (except the whipped cream) with a hand mixer. Finally, fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate. Chill for 1-2 hours until the gelatin has set. Serve with berries or simply enjoy on its own. If you want to cut down on calories, use the lighter version, Creme Legere, instead of the crème fraîche.
