Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and mix well with the olive oil, rosemary, and salt. Bake the potatoes at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until crispy.
