Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 bags of rice
- 5 slices of cheese (e.g. Gouda)
- some margarine
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Take 3 bags of rice and boil them in salted water. Then, place the rice in a microwave- or oven-safe bowl, top with 5 slices of cheese, and place it in the microwave or oven at maximum heat. It will take about 3-5 minutes to cook in the microwave, and about 5-7 minutes in the oven. Stir well afterward to ensure the cheese is evenly distributed. Tip: Stir in a little melted margarine after the cheese has melted and been spread evenly.
