Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 point tomatoes, pureed (approx. 500 g)
- 3 cup(s) water, maybe a little more
- 4 carrots
- 500 g vegetables (frozen)
- 1 cup rice
- 2 handfuls of pasta
- 1 tsp cornstarch (potato starch) or flour
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) (soup seasoning)
- n. E. Crème fraîche or cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and finely chop the carrots. Finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat. Add the pureed tomatoes and water and mix briefly. Stir in the other ingredients and simmer gently for about 30 minutes, depending on the pot or stovetop. Stir frequently and add a little more water if needed. Thicken with cornstarch or flour, if desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little soup seasoning. If desired, refine with crème fraîche or cream.
