Blueberry – Vanilla – Quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 125 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the quark and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with vanilla sugar and sugar. Sort the blueberries, wash them, and drain well. Stir the blueberries (except for a few for sprinkling) into the quark. Ladle into dessert bowls and sprinkle with the remaining blueberries.
