Fruity raspberry dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup mild yogurt
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and mix with the yogurt. Pour the mixture over the raspberries and sprinkle thickly with brown sugar. Let it all sit in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Tastes delicious. If you don’t eat it all (which only happens if you make double the batch), you can still make delicious ice cream – simply stir well and pour it into the ice cream maker.
