Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 carnations
  • Honey or sugar to taste
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 2 lemon(s), juice and the peel of half a
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 bottle of grape juice
  • 1 bottle of apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add the cinnamon, lemon zest, cloves, and honey to the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve as a hot children’s punch in winter, or chilled as an iced tea with ice cubes in summer.
