Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 1 liter of lukewarm water
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (not herb vinegar)
  • 4 tsp salt
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup flaxseed
  • Grease for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and for a long time to form a dough. Pour the dough into two large, greased 30 cm loaf pans. Place the pans in a cold oven and preheat to 250°C (conventional heat, not fan-assisted). Place 1 cup of water in the oven. After 1/4 hour, score the tops of the loaves with a knife. Reduce the oven temperature to 210°C (425°F) and bake for another hour. Note: The amount of water is correct, as the dough does not need to rise.
