Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- some butter-vanilla flavoring
- 500 g fruit of your choice (also frozen)

Sheet cake with buttermilk
Combine the flour with salt, baking powder, and 90g of sugar. Whisk the buttermilk with the eggs and a little vanilla extract, then slowly stir this mixture into the flour mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on it. Spread the fruit on top and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of a cold (!) oven. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool completely on the baking sheet or eat it warm – it tastes delicious, just like fruit pizza.
