Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp vinegar, e.g. herbal vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. grape seed oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pinch(s) soy flour
  • ¼ tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp parsley
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together in a cup. The soy flour acts as an emulsifier, allowing the water, vinegar, and oil to blend together. It pairs well with green salads. Tips: Soy flour can be found at health food stores, for example. You can also vary the herbs, both in quantity and type.
