Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 30 g onion(s)
  • 30 g gherkins
  • 15 capers
  • 30 g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 20 ml vinegar
  • ⅛ liter olive oil
  • 40 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for asparagus and cold vegetable dishes

Peel the onions. Finely chop them along with the gherkins and chives. Peel the egg and finely chop them separately along with the capers. Briefly soak the tomatoes in hot water. Then peel, deseed, and cut into small cubes. Mix the vinegar, spices, and oil thoroughly with a whisk. Add all ingredients and let them chill for a few hours.
