Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cornflakes (honey pops)
- 1 pack of candy(s) (biter), caramel candies
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan and add them to a large bowl along with the pops. Place the biscuits and margarine in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. When everything is nice and runny, pour it over the pops and stir quickly. Make sure the liquid caramel gets everywhere. Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (careful, it’s very hot) and let it dry, then cut it into pieces. Tip: I form balls of different sizes and let them dry. As mentioned, this has to go very quickly, and I put on cleaning gloves, which of course haven’t been used for cleaning beforehand.
