Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
for cakes, desserts or cakes or as a snack
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Wash the cherries, but don’t remove the stems. Dry the cherries and dip them about two-thirds full in the chocolate. Let the chocolate-covered cherries set on baking paper. This not only looks beautiful, but is also delicious.
