Avocado as a dip or grilled side dish

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp aioli or mayonnaise
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 pinch(s) salt (lime salt)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

can also be used as a spread

Super quick to prepare: Squeeze the lemon and mash the avocado as finely as possible with a fork. Immediately add the lemon juice and mix. Fold in the finely chopped shallot and aioli and season with lime salt and Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with finely chopped leeks and balsamic vinegar. Tastes wonderful on bread, but I can also imagine it as a great side dish for barbecue or as a dip for vegetables.
