Fruit base with oil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oil (preferably cold-pressed rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • some margarine for the mold
  • some breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C – 220°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients well. Grease a fruit base tin with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the fruit base tin and tap out any bubbles. Then place it in the hot oven and bake for 10 minutes. When the base is ready, place the hot fruit base tin on a cold, wet tea towel and tuck in the sides as well. This will make it easier to remove the base from the tin. After a few minutes, remove the cake base from the tin and let it cool. Top with your favorite toppings.
