Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small bell pepper(s) of your choice
- 2 onions, red
- 3 large mushrooms
- 6 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tsp herb butter
- 6 small potatoes

A grill plate for vegetable fans
Clean or peel the zucchini, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, and one mushroom, and dice them into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the vegetables on an aluminum tray. Now remove the stems from the other two large mushrooms and place them on the tray. Wash the outside of the potatoes, cut them in half, and place them on the tray. Spoon the herb butter into the two large mushrooms. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables. Now distribute the herbs and salt evenly over everything. Depending on your grill, leave the aluminum tray on the grill until the vegetables are nice and crispy (this takes about 10 minutes on my gas grill at low heat). Serve with a delicious steak.
