Grilled chili zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Chili pepper(s), ground or freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil (garlic oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the zucchini into slices about 2 cm thick. Use a teaspoon to scoop out some of the flesh from the center of the slice (but don’t pierce it all the way through). Pour a little honey into the indentation and sprinkle with a little chili. If you like it spicy, add more chili. Brush an aluminum tray with garlic oil, place the zucchini slices in it, and grill for about 10 minutes.
