  • little water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Perfect with chicken, ribs, or baked or grilled vegetables. Enough for about 3 large chicken thighs with breast.

Mix the oil first with the salt and then with the vinegar. Crush the garlic. Finely chop 1-2 chili peppers, depending on the desired spiciness. Mix all ingredients well. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, but for at least 3 hours. Marinate the vegetables immediately before cooking. Dilute the honey with a little warm water and apply it with a (silicone) brush just before the end of the cooking time to prevent it from burning.
