Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 220 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp beet syrup
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and set aside. Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, syrup, eggs, and milk in a bowl and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Gradually stir in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda until a smooth batter forms. Fold the chocolate into the batter. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly on the baking tray. Leave enough space between the cookies, as they spread considerably during baking. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat for about eight minutes. When you take them out of the oven, the cookies should still be shiny; they will still be very soft. Let them cool and enjoy.
