Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 200 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 250 ml milk
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Melt the butter and beat in. Sift the flour and cornstarch together, then stir in. Add the milk. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. They also taste delicious without powdered sugar.
