Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • Maggi seasoning mix for crisp salads (No. 4)
  • possibly apples or pineapples

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly prepared and very tasty

First, slice the leeks into thin strips, wash them, and place them in a bowl. Deseed, wash, and dice the bell peppers. Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, and then dice them as well. Mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise and season generously with the spice mix. If you like, you can also add apple or pineapple pieces. We like it this way, and the salad tastes even better the next day.
