Bobbels cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (Leerdamer) in one piece
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small can of vegetables (Mexican mix)
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • e.g. garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the cheese into pieces. Peel the cucumber and also cut into pieces. Place both in a bowl. Add the drained Mexican vegetables. Add the remoulade and garlic powder. Stir everything well and serve. Note: You can also prepare the salad a day ahead; it will marinate even better.
