Celery – Eggs – Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 jars celery, grated
  • 1 large can of pineapple
  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise for salad
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the pineapple into small pieces. Drain the pineapple and celery thoroughly. Slice the eggs and mix everything with the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
