  • 250 g wild garlic, washed
  • 75 g oil (sunflower)
  • 75 g olive oil
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all ingredients in a bowl and puree.
