Wild garlic – mascarpone – quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g wild garlic
  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Milk, until smooth

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Not exactly for a slim figure!!

Finely chop the wild garlic and mix it with the quark and mascarpone. Stir until smooth with the milk. Finely chop the onion and mix it in. Do the same with the garlic oil. Season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. A pinch of sugar rounds it all off perfectly. Chill again before serving!
